You can use ECG QuickConnect to transfer or receive files. The Home page is the first page you see after you sign in.
The InboxAn inbox lists all files that have been received and that have not been deleted or reached the expiration date. subtab lists files you have received. You can download or delete files from your Inbox. If you receive more than one file with the same name, an underscore and number is appended to the name of the newer file(s). For example, a second file with the name sample.doc is named sample_1.doc and a third file is named sample_2.doc.
Note: Files are kept in your Inbox for a limited number of days. You can set the number of days (up to a maximum of 30) on the User Preferences subtab.

Once the file has downloaded, you can open it or save it using the appropriate method for your browser. Note: If the Delete Files After Download check box is selected on your User Preferences subtab, the file is automatically removed from your Inbox. |
The Status column lists the current status for each file. The following values can be listed on the

| Delivered | The file has been delivered to its destination. |
| Downloaded | The file has been downloaded. |
| Failed | The file was not delivered successfully |
| Canceled | The file transfer was canceled before it was completed. |
| Scheduled | The file is scheduled to be delivered at a future time. |
| In-Progress | The file transfer has begun but is not yet complete. |
You can view file transfer details from the Inbox, Outbox, Transfer History, and Scheduled Queue subtabs of the Home tab.

The following detail messages can be listed when you access the File Transfer Details dialog box from the

| Deleted by receiver | The receiver of the file has deleted it from his or her Inbox. |
| Delivered to destination server | For files transferred to a server, the file was successfully transferred and received by the destination server. |
| File picked up | The receiver of the file has successfully downloaded the file from his or her Inbox. |
| File was canceled due to no pickup | The intended receiver did not download the file |
| Pull failure | For files transferred from a server, the file was not pulled from the server to the ECG landing zone. |
| Pulled from server | For files transferred from a server, the file was successfully pulled from the server to the ECG landing zone. |
| Ready for pickup | The file is in the receiver's Inbox. |
| Schedule for later delivery | The transfer has been scheduled for a later time. |
| Transfer canceled by user | A scheduled transfer was canceled by the sender prior to the scheduled date and time. |

A file that was transferred to a server failed to send. |
Activity log values are actions taken on the transferred file. The following values can be listed when you access the File Transfer Details dialog box from the

You can control the appearance of tables by manually refreshing, filtering to show only certain items, changing the numbers of rows to display, and by sorting the columns.

Click the navigation tabs across the top to access additional ECG QuickConnect functionality. Click the icons on the left side to access the subtabs of the Home page. Click Logout to close the application.
